Latasha McGill, CEO

Latasha “Tasha Mac” McGill is the CEO of The Juice Lady WPH, LLC. I was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. New Orleans is well known for its delicious cuisine and seafood. I grew up eating everything from beignets, red beans with rice, gumbo, poboys, smothered chicken with gravy and more.  When I became a mother, I cooked the same meals for my children. It wasn’t until my mid-30s that I began to take my health seriously. My journey of health and wellness began in 2010 when I eliminated pork and sodas from my diet. Around 2013 I eliminated beef. In October 2016 I eliminated chicken and turkey and became pescatarian, only consuming seafood. In 2018 I decided to become vegetarian.  It wasn’t a health crisis or event that triggered my decisions. I was simply on a mission to be my healthiest self. The more I researched and studied the effects of consuming animal meat and dairy,

I decided I didn’t want to consume those foods anymore. In 2019, I decided to be plant-based/vegan. Living a life of consuming whole foods, nutrient dense foods. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Becoming vegan has not only changed me physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Consuming living foods for my living body has expanded my mind in ways I had never imagined. Shortly after transitioning to vegan, I discovered the wonderful world of cold-pressed juicing fresh fruits and vegetables. Juicing fresh fruits and vegetables allows you to consume more nutrients and minerals at a time as opposed to eating. Juicing goes through your bloodstream faster, aids in digestion, boosts your immune system and more! I discovered a passion for juicing not long after I began doing it. My passion led me to sharing my juice blends on social media so others may be educated on juicing and its many health benefits. In January 2023 The Juice Lady WPH was born!

I had no idea where my journey of health and wellness would take me. The more I continue to learn, study and grow, the more I want to share the knowledge with others. I believe my body is a garden not a graveyard. I am on a mission to provide people with as much knowledge as possible so they can make better decisions regarding their health. Our health is the real wealth!
